Terms & Conditions

  • Proof of Payment must be sent only to accounting@philretailers.com and specialprojects@philretailers.com. Failure to send the proof of payment means the participant/s will NOT receive any webinar access links even if the proof of payment is sent to another email address and PRA social media platforms (Facebook Page, Viber, LinkedIn, etc.).


  • The registration fee covers the summit access and a digital certificate of participation.


  • The link to the summit reminders will be sent a) 48 hours after payment and b) a few days before the event and must not be shared with anyone.


  • Cancellations received in email before October 14, 2022, shall be given a 50% refund. Cancellations made after October 14, 2022 shall have NO Refund for those who are already paid, but for those who are not yet paid by this date, reservations will be forfeited.


  • Should you fail to attend the summit, kindly advise by sending an official written notice at least 14 days before the event informing the secretariat that a substitute attendee will attend on your behalf.


  • The digital certificate of participation will be given to those who will attend the full 2-day summit sessions.


  • Please note that the 2-day summit program is subject to changes.
